The Rumsey Improvement Association (RIA) is a non-profit organization committed to providing our valley community with a gathering space for creativity, inspiration, and social events.

The RIA also provides the land, building & infrastructure operational costs for the local contract Rumsey Post Office. The Almond Festival is our most important fundraiser of the year. All proceeds support the maintenance of our historic town hall and the Post Office.
