RATES.
$500/8hr - Non-Valley Residents
$300/8hr - Capay Valley Residents
$150/8hr - Rumsey Residents
Rates are based on the address provided on the rental application and cannot be changed once the form is submitted. Event insurance may be needed for certain types of rentals.
Current “Friend” and “Sustainer” members may be eligible for a rental discount.
Cleaning Fee - $100 (required)
Refundable Security Deposit - $275
Please return the hall in the same condition in which it was received.
For RIA-Sponsored Community Event proposal ideas, please submit your proposal at least 6 weeks before your scheduled event using the form, and our Hall Liaison will respond within 7-10 days.
